You will find the old church and cemetery at 8501 Garfield Avenue S., Lonsdale, MN. From MN Highway #19, turn south on Garfield Avenue which is located just East of Lonsdale. The church is a half mile off the highway. You can see the steeple as you turn onto Garfield Avenue.
