Celebrate Syttende Mai on May 19th

Come join the celebration of the Norwegian National Holiday, Syttende Mai, and gather at the old church on May 19 at 2:00 PM.
Leroy Larson and his Scandinavian Ensemble will play for this program. These excellent musicians play waltzes, polkas and schottisches that form the backbone of Scandinavian old-time dance music. They will entertain us with accordion, banjo, mandolin, guitar, fiddle, and button-box. The program is open to anyone and an offering will be taken for the care and preservation of the historic church.

A brief annual meeting will be held to elect members to the board of directors.

Following the program traditional Norwegian treats, open faced sandwiches and coffee will be served.
